The Super Soaker Man is one of the more unique water shooting creations created under the Super Soaker (tm) brand. Standing at a little under one foot tall, the Super Soaker Man poses little threat to a true water blaster user in a water fight. However, it is one of the few action figures that is capable of shooting water from its arm-mounted water blaster. As well, for such a small soaker, the range is quite impressive. While over 10 years old, the Super Soaker Man acquired and tested here is still fully functional.

:: Nozzle

Super Soaker Man has a single nozzle located at the tip of its right-arm-mounted water blaster. The nozzle, itself, is quite small, but produces a nice, coherent stream despite its limited size. The trigger is mounted on the bicep of the right arm. From a design perspective, Super Soaker Man uses the exact same technology as the Super Soaker SS 50 in a modified geometry.

:: Pump

Oddly enough, Super Soaker Man's head is also the pump. Interestingly, the pump shaft of Super Soaker Man is made of metal unlike plastic found on the typical water blaster pump. The pump length is not very long, but it takes only about 10 to 15 pumps to adequately pressurize the reservoir to allow Super Soaker Man to fire.

:: Pressurized Reservoir

The pressure chamber is housed within the torso of the Super Soaker Man. It does not hold much water (one of the smallest reservoirs), but does provide an adequate supply to the arm-mounted soaker.

:: Overall

All in all , the Super Soaker Man is a definite novelty soaker. Its capacity and soaking power are beneath the majority of soakers out there with the exception of small dime-store soakers. Despite this, the Super Soaker Man performs quite well for a soaker of its size (especially when you consider the legs and left arm are strictly ornamental). However, this product is likely something only the soaker collector will cherish.

Easy to pump, pressurize, and blast away. Can likely outsoak any other action figure of a similar size.
