Area Required: Any location which can afford to get wet. However, can be made more interesting if done in an area with a lot of hiding places.

Overview
Before the game begins, each team must hide a flag (i.e. some sort of coloured cloth) within the game boundaries in that team's zone. A starting point/home must be designated or declared by each team. The objective of the game is for a team to find and bring back their opponent's team flag to their starting point. The team flag, once placed, cannot be moved by that team unless it is being recaptured.
If one is soaked, one must return back to the team's starting point before searching again. If one finds the flag, it must be returned to one's starting point without being soaked by the opposing team. If one is soaked by the opposing team while carrying the opposing team's flag, one must give the flag back and return to one's own starting position before searching again. A recaptured flag must be returned to the flag's original position by the member that recaptured it. The most direct route should be taken. If, during the relocation, a member of the other team soaks the flag bearer, the soaked individual must return to their team's starting point as well as hand the flag to the member of the other team. Simply put, flags exchange hands when soaked by a member of the opposing team. If one can help it, one should avoid being soaked while carrying the flag. The first team to successfully capture the other team's flag wins.
ALTERNATE: A recaptured flag can then be moved to a new location by that team if they wish. Of course, if one is soaked while carrying the flag, the flag must once again exchange hands.
Optional:
To reduce the question of whether a successful soak had occurred, some form of target that indicates a successful soak can be worn by each player. Players need not return to their starting position unless their Tag is eliminated. Rules need to be stated at the beginning of the game regarding placement of Tags such that players do not unfairly cover them from view or stream accessibility.
