The
Super Soaker XP 85 is a novelty variation on the XP theme, featuring three nozzles. The centre
nozzle is fixed forward while the two nozzles on either side could be spread
apart up to 90-degrees from forward. The two size nozzles move in tandem, but in opposite directions. Though
likely good for back-up, our working Super Soaker XP 85 has not been fully reviewed as it remains within its original packaging (as this blaster is no longer made). Limited hands-on experience with a working XP 85 suggests that the pressurized reservoir offers just barely adequate pressure for its three Classic-Sized streams meaning that overall performance seems lacking. However, full statistics were not measured and the blaster in the iSoaker.com Holdings will not be tested further unless another one becomes available.
Pros
Able to shoot three-streams at once. Side streams can be fanned out for greater area coverage.
Cons
Streams are small by current standards and lack power. Being based on the pressurized reservoir system, this blaster requires a fair number of pumps to maintain pressure. None of the nozzles have an off setting so even if you are low on water, you must still fire using all three nozzles.

The XP-85; capable of shooting 3 separate streams of water at targets directly in front or to the side of the user. When the nozzles are not shooting at multiple targets, the full force of the weapon is turned upon one target.
Sounds good, doesn't it?
Well, the truth of the matter is that this is the worst SuperSoaker® ever!
"What's wrong with it?" you ask.
I'll tell you: The water storage capacity on this blaster stinks! I don't know how much it holds, but it isn't a lot. All that water goes nowhere... fast! The three streams, aren't even close to meeting XP standards! You'd have better luck with a SuperSoaker® MDS than you would with this thing. I heard somewhere that Larami came out with an original XP 85, it was a disaster, so they gave it the triple shot.
Trust me, they should have left well enough alone!
