The Super Soaker Pool
Pumper Blaster takes the power of a large XP-class blaster and combines it with
the extreme reservoir size of a pool. This weapon boasts of four compression
chambers for storing up enough pressurized water to drown small animals (not
that anyone should do that sort of thing). The SS Pool Pumper Blaster, though not
usually thought of, can even be used away from a pool. The firing chamber holds
enough water to last a good time away from any water source. As well, the water
intake is can easily be submerged in bottles of water for refilling. One should
just take care, keeping the water intake and hose clean and off the ground.
Dirt on the inside can quickly damage or completely clog up one's blaster. One
nice feature is that around each of the pressure tanks is a foam O-ring, allowing
this weapon to float in water if dropped!
The Super Soaker Pool Pumper Blaster is a surprisingly useful and versatile weapon. However, it may be hard to find, but definitely worth it for any pool water fights or beyond. The stream can compete even with mid-sized CPS-blasters!
Pros
Nice size, good firing chamber capacity, easy to pump. Using a pool as a reservoir (for which it was designed) gives one a nearly endless water supply. The lengthy hose allows one to fill even if raised above the surface. This is also one of the few weapons actually meant to hold and be immersed in the chlorinated water of a pool. (Not a good thing to do with most other water weapons.)
Cons
This weapon requires a deep enough pool of water to refill in. Its strength is its weakness in that it does not have a water reservoir of its own. This weapon has only an XP-class nozzle meaning that though its firing chamber is large, it does not fire out water as quickly as most CPS-class blasters.
