The Super Soaker XP 220
is one of the smallest of the 2000 line XP-Series of Super Soakers. Its reservoir
holds more water than its cousin, the Super Soaker XP 20, and its newly moulded shape allows
for the majority of the reservoir's water to be used before firing mist shots.
Optimally, due to the outtake's position, the XP 220 is best held pointing upwards
at about 30 degrees away from horizontal. Like its predecessor, the pump shaft
length of the XP 220 is short. Due to the handle/trigger's design, the XP 220
may feel slightly awkward for those with larger hands. The entire yellow part
of the handle is the trigger, not just the part the index finger rests on. As
such, one needs to squeeze the handle to fire.
Overall, the Super Soaker XP 220 makes a great sidearm/back-up but definitely lacks the power
for use as one's main weapon unless, of course, one is in a small water fight
(i.e. indoors)
Pros
Small, light, easy to carry and conceal. The shape of its reservoir allows for
making the most of its reservoir. It also is quite easy to pressurize despite
having a short pump-shaft length.
Cons
Being a small water blaster, its capacity and water output are rather limited.
Due to the shape of the handle, it may feel awkward if one has larger hands.

The XP 220 as the smallest
gun of all the super soakers. To some, this my translate into "the worst gun
you can have". not true. It has great range for such a little gun. Once pumped,
it can fire for a good 45 seconds. The angled tank gets every drop of water.
This also makes it wierd to fire, since you have to angle the gun down. It is
a must for small water fights.
Now for the cons. If this is the only weapon you have, and your going up against
at least an experienced XP 270, you are going to get soaked. If you are an average
soaker and going up against anybody who can point a CPS straight, give up. Even
with all this nice stuff said, it should only be used as a side arm in big water
fights, unless there a special situations (a stupid opponent, ect.).
Pros: Great range.
Angled tank gets every drop of water. Small size makes this gun the best for
one-hit-kills.
Cons: The smallest
gun of all and should be used mostly as a side arm.
