Contrary to its name, the
Super Soaker SC Big Trouble might better have been named the "SC Mini Pak". The
SC Big Trouble is the smallest single piece backpack Super Soaker available.
Being a backpack weapon, most of the weight is placed onto one's shoulder: a
definite bonus. The blaster section features 4 nozzle settings: 1.5x, Fan Blast,
8.5x and a Power Burst setting. On power burst, the SC Big Trouble fires four
parallel streams forward, each stream having a diameter around 0.5x. As a 2000
Super Charger backpack, no pumping is required, but one needs to have a QFD
available to recharge the backpack. The amount of water the backpack contains
is decent, but will not last too long away from a QFD. Thankfully, thanks to
its small size, carrying an additional weapon is still a feasible option.
In the end, the Super Soaker SC Big Trouble has a good feel to it and would put up a good fight in
any small engagement or as a back-up weapon. On its 8.5x setting, it can dish
out water as fast as the larger CPSs, but not as long or as far.
Pros
Small-in-hand, relatively light, and easy to carry. Despite its size, it packs
good power. The nozzle settings allow one to conserve water or give the enemy
a good dose of water. No pumping required.
Cons
Can only be charged at a QFD. Backpack size carries limited water and can be
difficult to wear properly for larger individuals. As a single piece weapon,
one must be careful with parts, especially where the hose attaches to the blaster
and backpack. Any compromise in the seals and water will continually be lost.
Not all the water in the reservoir is pressurized resulting in the loss of about
300mL worth of dead weight (this lingering 300mL needs to be emptied when storing).

The Big Trouble is an awesome water gun. It is a backpack gun with a 70oz. water capacity. The water capacity is enough but it only lasts 7 seconds on the 8.5x nozzle, although it does provide great soakage. The 1.5 nozzle lasts for a while (~45 seconds) and has fair range. The range is about ~27 feet on the 1.5 nozzle which is okay. There is also a fan blast which could be useful for spraying groups of enemies and another nozzle which is like 4 .5x nozzles arranged in a square. It is pretty much the same as the 1.5 nozzle but has slightly better range. There is a satisfying kickback on the 8.5x nozzle. The gun feels pretty durable but since it is a backpack gun, there might be some leakage after a looooong time using it. Pros:
-8.5x is a great nozzle
-Long shot times on 1.5x nozzle
-Very comfortable Cons:
-Runs out of water rather quickly on 8.5x
-Not a very large water capacity compared to ANY other backpack gun and some large single piece guns (ex. CPS 2700, CPS 1200, Monster, Monster X, etc.)
-Straps won't fit on larger people SCORES: (Out Of 10)

The Big Trouble is one of the best base defense guns made. Although it can only fill from a Quick Fill Device, I’ve timed the smallest nozzle to firing nonstop for a whole minute. You could fight against opponents nonstop for that time while they were busy pumping. If not a main weapon, it’s a great backup because it’s the lightest backpack Super Soaker I’ve ever used, your back feels none of the strain that results from wearing a CPS3200 backpack. It can refill fast, it only takes about 8-10 seconds to fill completely. The smaller nozzles’ ranges are a little short, but the largest nozzle more than makes up for it. It can jettison the whole tank at your opponent in about 8 seconds, in about 3 they’ll be running away. Since the gun itself is small, you could easily create a holster for it as you would a pistol water gun. The 4-shot nozzle is a little useless, it all blends into one stream. Other than that, it’s one of the best guns I’ve ever used. The streams on the smaller nozzles don’t begin to fall short until the last 5 seconds, so you have good long streams until the end.
Pros: Light for a backpack gun, great nozzles and has great shot time for an SC.
