The Super Soaker brand was introduced to the world in 1991 by Larami Corp. See the History of the Super Soaker for lots more information. In 1995, Larami Corp. being a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc. and was renamed as Larami Ltd. Hasbro Inc. took complete control of the Super Soaker brand by 2003.
